### *Position Overview:* 
We are seeking a dynamic and driven *Business Development Manager* to join our team on a *pure commission basis*. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about technology and skilled at identifying and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a key driver of revenue, helping DiQubit expand its client base across various sectors and regions.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation & Prospecting:* 
  Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- *Client Acquisition:* 
  Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities in software development, IT services, and digital transformation.
- *Relationship Building:* 
  Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
- *Sales Strategy Execution:* 
  Craft and present compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client requirements. Act as a key liaison between clients and the internal technical team.
- *Negotiation & Deal Closure:* 
  Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and DiQubit.
- *Market Intelligence:* 
  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain DiQubit’s competitive edge.
- *Performance Reporting:* 
  Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide weekly/monthly performance updates to management.
### *Qualifications & Skills:*
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal development, and sales funnels is an added advantage.
- A background in IT, software, or related technical fields is preferred but not mandatory.
### *Compensation:*
- *100% Commission-Based Structure:* 
  Earnings are based on performance—there is *no cap* on the commission you can earn. The more you sell, the more you make.
- *Commission Rates:* 
  Competitive and attractive commission percentages on each successful deal (to be discussed during onboarding).
